Terms of Service

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging Worldwide Water Supplies (Pty) Ltd (“WWS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

WWS provides water filtration installations, borehole pump services, reverse osmosis systems, UV sterilization, iron removal, maintenance, site surveys, water testing, and related water treatment solutions.

All services are subject to site assessment and availability. Quoted timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

3.1 Right to Capture Media. WWS and its representatives reserve the right to take photographs, videos, and other visual or audio recordings (“Media”) of the work performed, equipment installed, the surrounding property, and the results of our services during any visit to your property.

3.2 Unlimited Usage Rights. By granting WWS access to your property, you grant WWS a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit any Media captured on your property in any manner and for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Marketing and advertising materials (print, digital, and broadcast)
• Website content, social media posts, and online portfolios
• Case studies, testimonials, and promotional campaigns
• Trade shows, presentations, and industry publications
• Training materials and internal documentation
• Any other commercial or non-commercial purpose

3.3 No Compensation. You acknowledge that no additional compensation, royalties, or fees will be owed to you for the capture or use of any Media taken on your property.

3.4 No Prior Approval Required. WWS is not required to seek your prior approval before using any Media captured on your property. However, we will make reasonable efforts to avoid including identifiable personal information (such as faces of occupants) in publicly shared Media unless separate written consent is obtained.

3.5 Opt-Out. If you wish to opt out of photography on your property, you must notify us in writing (email to sales@wwwsupplies.co.za) at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled visit. Opt-out requests received after work has commenced will not apply to Media already captured.

All quotes provided by WWS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

A deposit of 50% is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation or service. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

WWS provides a workmanship warranty on all installations for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, power surges, natural disasters, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid services will be processed within 14 business days.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of obstructions and hazards.

WWS is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to underground utilities not disclosed or visible prior to commencement of work. Additional costs arising from unforeseen site conditions will be communicated before proceeding.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Worldwide Water Supplies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
